Key Responsibilities:

• Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodations, and experiences.
• Manage bookings for tours, and other travel services efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, deals, and industry updates.
• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in travel consulting or a related role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to top-notch service.
• Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with popular travel destinations, especially within the Dubai.
