About the Role:
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to manage and convert inbound travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will focus on UAE tours, desert safaris, attractions, events, and complete travel solutions including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions (excluding insurance). This role requires strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Itinerary Planning
Handle inbound travel leads from clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts.
Design customized UAE itineraries ensuring competitive pricing.
Promote seasonal offers and packages to maximize sales.
Booking & Coordination
Manage end-to-end booking processes for flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and activities.
Liaise with suppliers and operations teams to confirm bookings.
Ensure timely delivery of travel documents (tickets, hotel vouchers, confirmations).
Visa Process Coordination
Coordinate with operations to manage client visa processing.
Provide clients with accurate guidance on documentation and timelines.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Provide pre-trip guidance and post-trip follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and booking changes efficiently.
Market & Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of UAE attractions, events, and tourism trends.
Stay informed about supplier promotions and competitive offerings.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in inbound travel sales, preferably with UAE tourism expertise.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,500 per month (fixed).
Company-provided UAE residence visa.
Return air ticket to home country every 2 years.
Health insurance as per UAE Labor Law.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
