Experienced Truck Dispatcher

We are hiring a Truck Dispatcher to manage daily trucking operations for U.S. routes. This role focuses on coordinating drivers, tracking loads, and making sure deliveries are completed on time. The position also includes basic office and documentation work.

Main Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and manage daily truck schedules
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding load updates
• Track trucks using dispatch systems and GPS
• Ensure pickups and deliveries meet scheduled times
• Maintain records and complete administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good English communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic understanding of trucking, logistics, and transportation
• Experience using dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous trucking or logistics experience preferred
• Minimum education: High school diploma (certifications are a plus)

Experience Requirement

• At least 1 year of USA Truck Dispatch experience (Required)

Salary & Commission

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 60,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: 10% of gross commission

Pay: Up to Rs175,000.00 per month
