Truck Dispatcher Required – Office-Based

Location: Upper Mall, Lahore

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time) – Includes 1 Hour Break

We are hiring a full-time, office-based Truck Dispatch Agents to join our U.S. dispatching operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and onboarding carriers (owner operators) and managing complete dispatch operations, including load booking and communication with brokers and drivers.

Job Responsibilities:

Find and onboard new Owner Operators / Carriers

Build and manage carrier profiles and documentation

Book loads using DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, etc.

Negotiate competitive rates with brokers

Dispatch loads and manage driver communications

Track load progress, handle check calls and delivery confirmations

Submit and organize BOLs, PODs, and related paperwork

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S. truck dispatching

Skilled in carrier acquisition via Facebook groups, Craigslist, directories, etc.

Fluent in spoken and written English

Familiarity with load boards and dispatch tools/software

Must be based in Lahore and willing to work from our Upper Mall office

Professional, confident, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-Based - Up to 40% based on performance
