Job Summary (UK Experience Must)
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Umrah Consultant UK to lead and facilitate seamless pilgrimage arrangements for clients embarking on their spiritual journey. As a key member of our team, you will use your extensive UK-based experience, deep understanding of Umrah procedures, travel logistics, and exceptional customer service skills to deliver personalized, efficient, and memorable experiences. You will guide pilgrims through every step of their journey, ensuring full compliance with religious requirements and travel regulations while providing outstanding support and care.
Duties
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding Umrah packages, visa requirements, travel itineraries, and accommodation options tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinate all aspects of pilgrimage arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and local guides.
- Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and compliance with Saudi Arabian travel regulations.
- Offer detailed pre-departure briefings covering religious rituals, health advisories, cultural etiquette, and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa policies, and religious guidelines related to Umrah.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, offering clear and supportive guidance throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with travel partners and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve any issues during the pilgrimage journey.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and feedback to improve future service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Umrah Consultant or in a similar travel advisory role within the UK (UK experience is mandatory).
- Extensive knowledge of Umrah procedures, Saudi Arabian visa policies, and pilgrimage logistics.
- Strong understanding of travel industry standards and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quantum engineering is a nice-to-have skill that may enhance advanced logistical planning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
