Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Karachi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, submitting well-crafted proposals, and managing client communications. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to align project objectives and timelines, and ensure successful project acquisition and client satisfaction.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal writing, lead generation, and client communication on freelancing platforms (especially Upwork). You should be able to consistently drive monthly sales in the range of $1,000 – $3,000+ by winning projects and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit well-crafted, tailored proposals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with a successful record of winning projects.
• Ability to generate $1,000 – $3,000+ in sales per month through effective bidding strategies.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Familiarity with Upwork’s platform, policies, and bidding best practices.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Skills

• Experience in identifying relevant opportunities and crafting compelling proposals
• Strong track record of winning bids and securing projects.
• Excellent understanding of the. platform, including its rules, best practices, and trends.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and craft compelling proposals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and understand their needs and internal coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of IT services, web development, Figma, Graphic domains.
• Experience with other freelance platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
