Job Title: Growth Executive – Campaign Planner
About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Executive – Campaign Planner to take charge of campaign execution, website performance, and customer journey optimization. This role is perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative, with the ability to plan impactful campaigns, fine-tune user experiences, and design growth strategies that boost conversions and minimize drop-offs. You’ll work across teams to ensure that every campaign translates into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with developers to enhance site speed, responsiveness, and performance
- Improve website flows to reduce bounce rates and abandoned carts
- Manage high-demand campaigns and ensure smooth scaling during peak sales periods
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from landing page through checkout to thank-you page
- Work with CRM teams on retargeting strategies to re-engage customers and cut drop-offs
- Plan and launch monthly promotional campaigns, including discount mechanics across categories, SKUs, and brands
- Drive traffic to key landing pages by collaborating with Social Media and SEO teams
- Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with the Commercial team to optimize pricing and supplier terms
- Create data-backed pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and ROI
- Track and analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and funnels
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager to report on results and recommend improvements
- Run A/B tests to validate campaign performance, pricing strategies, and UX changes
- Regularly share insights and progress on KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversion success
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce, or digital campaign roles
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and campaign planning
- Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with CRM, SEO, social, development, and commercial teams
- Data-driven with strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Passionate about driving sales growth and improving user experience
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments
KPIs for Success
- Achieve 8–10% conversion rates during campaigns and peak periods
- Consistently lower bounce rates and cart abandonment
- Deliver high-impact campaigns with strong ROI through smart planning and execution
- Increase visibility and traffic to priority product and landing pages
- Enhance site performance and customer experience across all journeys
