Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to act as a crucial liaison between the Arena Support Office and our franchise centres across the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health, operational excellence, and business growth of all centres. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with strong analytical skills, exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, and a proven track record in business coordination and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Receivables:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all sales/accounts matters between the Support Office and franchise centres.
  • Closely monitor and follow up on centre receivables, outstanding fees, and other collectables to ensure timely payments. (mainly sales across all Centres)
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on the sales status of each centre.

2. Centre Operations & Daily Check-ups:

  • Conduct daily remote check-ins and periodic physical visits to monitor the operational efficiency of all assigned centres.
  • Ensure all centres adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Support Office.
  • Identify operational gaps and work with centre management to implement corrective actions.

3. Business Audit & Performance Analysis:

  • Perform regular and comprehensive business audits of all centres to assess performance against key metrics (enrollments, revenue, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track the implementation of audit recommendations.

4. New Franchise Development:

  • Support the process of opening new franchise centres by coordinating between potential franchisees and the Support Office.
  • Assist in site evaluations, documentation, and initial setup processes as required.

5. Reporting & Communication:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on centre performance, receivables status, and audit findings using advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with all centre heads and franchise partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, operations, audit, or a similar role. Experience in the education or franchise industry or education is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (must be able to demonstrate skills in formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and presentation).
  • Strong reporting and data presentation skills.
  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Other:
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various centre locations. Must have own bike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
