Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our HR agency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling comprehensive background verification processes and an existing network of verification partners and agencies. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely verification services for our clients, including employment history, education, criminal records, financial standing, and professional references.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee background verification for agency clients across multiple industries.
  • Utilize and maintain contacts with verification agencies, institutions, and vendors to expedite checks.
  • Conduct employment, education, reference, criminal record, and financial checks in line with client requirements.
  • Provide professional verification reports with clear findings and recommendations to HR Manager and clients.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and update verification SOPs, checklists, and client reporting formats.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and verification partners, ensuring timely communication and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new verification vendors/partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of direct experience in background verification services (agency or corporate).
  • Strong, established network of verification contacts (education boards, employers, NADRA, financial institutions, police/court record agencies, etc.).
  • Proven ability to independently handle multiple verification cases at once.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of verification compliance, fraud detection, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS/CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a background screening/verification agency.
  • Familiarity with regional and international verification processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term vendor partnerships.

Timings

  • 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Six Days a Week)

Location: Nazimabad Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
