Job Title : Senior Sales Executive

Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of Business Development
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the construction and electrical sectors to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
- Lead generation and business development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by generating leads through cold calling, industry networking, and referrals
- Sales planning and target achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Presentations and deal closing: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, and effectively negotiate and close deals
- Pipeline and CRM management: Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts using CRM software, ensuring up-to-date tracking of all customer interactions
- Market analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors’ offerings to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Team leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance
- Customer support: Provide excellent post-sales support by promptly following up on customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the construction or electrical equipment industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications; and excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
- Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
