We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage communications, and keep projects on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining strict timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize email inboxes, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Maintain and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders. Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects to ensure deadlines are met. Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook), calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook), and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and systems. Preferred Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs. Reliable, professional, and adaptable to changing priorities.
