Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and dynamic Female Visa Consultant with strong communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, fluent in spoken and written English, and capable of delivering professional guidance with warmth and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to clients on visa and immigration pathways.
• Manage client inquiries effectively through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support the Head of Operations and confidently deliver webinars and presentations.
• Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation and applications.
• Proficient in using MS Office and Google Drive for daily tasks.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client records and documents.
• Keep up to date with the latest immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Social Sciences, or related fields).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Previous experience in immigration or education consultancy is an advantage.
