Experienced Welder/Fabricator

You must have 1 year experience in production welding minimum to interview. Your resume must detail your 1 year or more of production welding experience to weld test and interview.

This position is for second shift working Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM with required training for certification on first shift for approximately the first 3 to 4 months.

Duties:

- Weld component parts to fabricate finished goods
- Perform MIG welding per blueprint specifications
- Perform Stick welding per blueprint specifications
- Ensure products conform to welding blueprint specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools and materials handling
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with tooling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Note: Previous experience welding in a production environment is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
