Experiences Director

The Experiences Director will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of guest experiences at Bloom Ranch. This person will be responsible for helping shape how customers, partners, and guests experience the ranch from the moment of inquiry to the moment they leave the property.

This role requires a leader who understands land based businesses, hospitality operations, guest service, event coordination, and experience design. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a calm and solutions oriented presence, and a passion for creating elevated, thoughtful, and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full guest experience strategy for Bloom Ranch across tours, private visits, events, hospitality activations, and curated ranch experiences

Coordinate and oversee customer experiences from initial inquiry through planning, on site execution, and post visit follow up

Serve as a key point of leadership for guest facing operations and experience excellence on the ranch

Work cross functionally with internal teams including events, operations, store, marketing, fulfillment, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution

Design and improve systems, workflows, and service standards that support a polished and consistent guest experience

Manage the planning and execution of private events, ranch tours, special activations, VIP visits, and curated group experiences

Support staffing plans, team training, service expectations, and day of coordination for experiences and events

Ensure all guest areas, touchpoints, and experiences reflect the Bloom Ranch brand, aesthetic, and values

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers connected to the guest experience

Identify opportunities to improve revenue, increase repeat visits, strengthen partnerships, and elevate the overall customer journey

Monitor guest feedback and operational outcomes and make improvements where needed

Maintain a hands on presence on the ranch and step into execution when necessary

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, guest experience, farm based hospitality, luxury service, or experiential operations

Strong understanding of both hospitality and agriculture based environments

Experience coordinating complex guest experiences, private events, retreats, or destination style visits

Proven ability to lead teams, manage moving parts, and maintain high service standards

Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills

Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to work well with guests, executives, partners, and staff

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands on environment where no two days are exactly the same

Comfortable working on site and outdoors in a ranch setting as needed

Experience with customer service systems, event coordination tools, scheduling, and operational reporting is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Background
Hospitality leadership experience in boutique hotels, resorts, wineries, experiential brands, farm to table concepts, retreats, or event venues

Agriculture adjacent experience, including farms, ranches, vineyards, orchards, or land based consumer experiences

Experience serving discerning guests while balancing warmth, professionalism, and operational discipline

Pay: $48,672.82 - $58,616.73 per year
