Experiences Sales Representative (Cold Caller)

About the Role:

StratiGiant is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our fast-growing crypto sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment, have strong communication skills, and understand the fast-paced world of digital assets and crypto markets.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, closing leads, and maintaining client relationships, helping the company drive growth in the exciting crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads for our crypto-related products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and crypto offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level – spoken and written).
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Lahore-based candidates only (on-site role in Gulberg 3).
