Requirements

• University degree in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, CTIS, Statistics, Mathematics or any other Engineering Sciences
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in PL-SQL database programming language and ability to write code from scratch
• Good knowledge of semantic layer preperation and hand on development of minimum 4 years in the analytical platforms like Power BI, IBM Cognos BI, Qlik, Tableau etc.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with good attention to details, focus on both technical and business aspects
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good communication skills

In this role you will

• Conduct exploratory data analyses to uncover trends and insights using statistical methods and data visualization, aligning them with business goals.
• Create concise reports and visuals that offer actionable insights to stakeholders based on data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to identify and develop solutions for analytical needs.
• Partner with data engineers to design data models that support reporting and analytical requirements, using reporting and visualization tools.
• Stay current with the latest data analysis techniques, recommending enhancements to data analysis processes.
• Conduct data analysis, develop reports, and design system functions for assigned projects within timelines, documenting system analysis and design work.
• Advocate for effective data usage and make adjustments to facilitate its use.
• Stay updated on new technologies, suggesting innovations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase revenue, or align with Pegasus's goals.
• Research developments in air transportation and IT applications, presenting suggestions to benefit Pegasus.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for reports and visualizations.
• Provide system usage training to user departments when needed.
• Offer support in coordinating and planning work with partners or third parties.
