Expert Digital Products - InsurTech will Lead the end-to-end design, launch, and optimization of digital insurance products within the Jazz ecosystem, ensuring growth through data-driven strategies, customer adoption, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive go-to-market execution, lifecycle management, and portfolio performance.

What does Expert Digital Products - InsurTech do?

• Lead the design, development, and management of digital insurance products within the Jazz ecosystem, ensuring scalable and data-driven outcomes.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and portfolio growth, backed by market research and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Insurance partners, tech, and marketing team to conceptualize, launch, and optimize innovative digital insurance products.
• Own the entire product lifecycle — ideation, pricing, positioning, forecasting, performance tracking, and enhancements.
• Provide customer insights, market intelligence, and segment-level recommendations through advanced data analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with Jazz's digital financial services roadmap.
• Oversee operational execution for product launches, campaigns, and reporting cycles.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Digital Products - InsurTech?

• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Products, Insurance, Product Management, & Marketing.
• Proven ability to launch and scale digital products, preferably in insurance or fintech.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Expertise in building business cases, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights for management.
• Ability to manage operational tasks and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
