Job Description

The App Support Expert Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with development teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for enterprise applications, addressing critical incidents and escalations.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours support as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
