What is Expert Fixed Data Billing & Analysis?

Expert Fixed Data Billing & Analysis will assist the Manager Financial Adjustments in managing end-to-end billing operations and addressing corporate customer queries.

The role reports directly to the Manager Financial adjustments and has no extended team or anyone reporting to him.

What does Expert Fixed Data Billing & Analysis do?

The Expert Fixed Data Billing & Analysis manages billing operations for fixed data services and ensures timely and accurate invoicing. The role also handles customer queries, resolves disputes, and supports Finance and Technology teams in smooth billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating monthly invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Responsible for generating the Customized invoices of North Region and to ensure E-bill delivery.
• Manage end-to-end bill run analysis for Fixed Data customers.
• Ensure Billing of IRU Customers
• Responsible for Billing of FTTH & C&IB customers local and International
• Manage customer disputes related to Charging, downtime and invoicing.
• Manage Quarterly Audit of fixed data base.
• Support Finance team for identification and feedback on revenue variances.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to resolve system and financial-related issues.
• Perform credit note analysis and ensure timely posting in the system
• Assisted the Manager with any ad-hoc tasks.

Key Deliverables

• E2E invoice generation and disbursement to the customers.
• E2E Credit Note evaluation and posting..
• E2E management of customer billing operations queries

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Fixed Data Billing & Analysis?

• Must have 3+ years of experience in Billing & Invoicing/Credit & Collection in the ISP sector.
• Must have a graduate degree (MBA(Finance),BBA, B-COM)
• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivots & macros)
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and ability to work in intense and pressure situations and meet timelines
• Soft skills and technical skills required
