Sparking Asia Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer who can handle daily design tasks with good speed and quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understanding of branding, social media graphics, and modern design trends. Good English communication skills are important. Upwork experience will be considered a major plus point since we value designers who understand client communication and professional project handling. The company can also provide a shared flat if required.

Timings:

• 8 am to 4 pm
• 4 pm to 12 am

(Timings can be adjusted as per candidate's requirement)

Responsibilities:

• Create high quality graphics for social media, ads, branding and daily company needs
• Work closely with the team to understand project requirements
• Deliver work on time with proper attention to detail
• Think creatively and bring new ideas to the table
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback
• Maintain consistent design standards across all platforms

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio is required to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly
• Basic knowledge of social media content formats
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Upwork experience is an excellent plus
