Job Opportunity: Expert Performance Marketing Specialist (Search & Social)
We are seeking a high-level performance marketing specialist to take full ownership of our digital acquisition and content strategy. The ideal candidate is a Google Ads Expert who can effortlessly pivot between technical search optimization and the creative demands of social platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
You aren’t just a "button-pusher"; you are a growth strategist who understands how to leverage Shopify for both conversion and long-term organic authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads (Primary Focus)
● Full-Funnel Management: Architect, launch, and scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
● Optimization: Perform daily bid management, keyword expansion, and negative keyword sculpting to ensure a high ROAS.
● Analytics: Set up advanced tracking and provide deep-dive reporting on CAC, LTV, and conversion attribution.
2. Social Media Advertising (TikTok & Facebook)
● TikTok Strategy: Create high-energy, "native-feeling" ads; monitor engagement and manage influencer/creator connections to fuel the ad pipeline.
● Meta Ads: Build and manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns with a focus on creative testing and audience segmentation.
● Monitoring: Track real-time performance to quickly pivot creative assets based on what the data shows.
3. Shopify & Content Strategy
● On-Page SEO: Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, and alt text specifically for the Shopify environment.
● Blog Management: Write and publish high-quality, SEO-driven blog posts that move the needle on organic rankings and provide value to our customers.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work within Shopify to ensure landing pages are optimized for the traffic coming from your paid ads.
Qualifications
● Experience: 4+ years of proven experience managing 5-to-6-figure monthly budgets on Google Ads.
● Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify.
● SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of keyword research tools (Ahrefs/Semrush) and on-page best practices.
● Mindset: Data-driven but creatively curious. You understand that a great ad is a mix of technical precision and human psychology.
