Expert Site Supervisor (Malayalam).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and high-quality completion of works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and materials, and report daily site activities to the project engineer or site manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow proper safety practices.
• Verify dimensions, levels, and alignments before and after work execution.
• Supervise specialized works such as concrete, masonry, steel, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
• Identify and report any technical or site issues for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction supervision, preferably with contracting or fit-out companies in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works, site coordination, and manpower management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license is MUST.
