Expert/Officer Social Media Marketing

Pay: 60,000.00 -70,000 (PKR) per month + Benefits as per Organizational policy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven "Expert Social Media/Marketing " to manage our social media presence, grow engagement, and build awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good eye for content, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to improve results.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of related experience required

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies in line with organizational goals.

· Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) on all social media platforms.

· Manage day-to-day handling of social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community.

· Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.

· Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

· Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, academics, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand/organization.

· Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.

· Experience in managing Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.

· Graphic designing and video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut etc.) are an advantage.

· Excellent writing, communication, and creativity skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with paid social media advertising.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
