Job Identification

We are looking for an Expert Technician to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Lahore.

What We Expect

Electrical Infrastructure Operation

• Support continuous power delivery through:
• LT Panels (7 units)
• Transformers (7 units)
• 15 MW Grid Station
• Electrical workshops and MCC rooms
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of switchgear, protection panels, feeders, and distribution networks.

Maintenance & Reliability

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance as per SAP PM.
• Conduct routine inspection of breakers, relays, contactors, isolators, and distribution boards.
• Maintain transformers (oil level, temperature checks, silica gel replacement).
• Carry out testing of motors, IR measurements, breaker timing tests, etc.

Troubleshooting & Fault Rectification

• Attend electrical breakdowns on priority to minimize downtime.
• Diagnosing faults in panels, wiring, MCCs, and electrical networks.
• Support Engineers in root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.

Energy & Load Management

• Monitor plant electrical load distribution and support optimization efforts.
• Report abnormalities in power factor, harmonics, voltage fluctuations, and energy KPIs.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure strict implementation of LOTO, grounding, and electrical safety guidelines.
• Follow TCCQS, safety, and GMP standards for electrical maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of electrical activities, log sheets, and SAP entries.

Spare Parts & Tools Management

• Maintain critical electrical spare parts (breakers, contactors, relays, fuses, sensors).
• Ensure calibration and upkeep of testing tools (IR meter, multimeter, thermal gun, etc.).

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Utilities teams for planned shutdowns.
• Assist Engineers during CAPEX installation, commissioning, and electrical modification works.
