Job Identification

We are looking for an Expert Technician to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Gujranwala.

What We Expect

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant electrical systems, including: Power distribution panels (LV/MV), Motors, transformers, VFDs, MCCs, Generators, UPS systems, backup power.
• Ensure proper load management and energy-efficient operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of E&I Systems
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant instrumentation systems, including: PLCs, HMIs, Sensors, VFDs, valves, actuators, PID controllers, control safety circuits.
• Analyze and improve automation logics to enhance line efficiency. Support digitalization initiatives (LE/Industry 4.0 applications).Introduce process control improvements to reduce waste and increase yield.
• Improve Plant EUR & WUR.
• Train team on troubleshooting, safe work practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Support cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering).
• Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, TPM pillar activities).

Qualifications

• DAE or B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Power
