Expert Video Editor

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual content. You will collaborate with the creative, strategy, and production teams to produce high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

●Video Editing & Post-Production

○Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final outputs (commercials, campaigns, social media content, corporate videos, etc.).

○Apply advanced editing techniques including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.

○Ensure all deliverables meet quality, style, and brand standards.

●Creative Storytelling

○Translate briefs into visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.

○Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative leads to refine storylines, pacing, and visual tone.

●Leadership & Mentorship

○Guide and mentor junior editors, ensuring consistent quality across projects.

○Review team edits and provides constructive feedback.

●Project Management

○Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

○Maintain organized file structures and version control for all edits.

○Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Production) to deliver seamless outputs.

●Innovation & Trends

○Stay updated with the latest editing tools, software, and industry trends.

○Recommend new techniques and tools to improve workflows and output quality.

Qualifications & Skills

●Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).

●5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production house, or media environment.

●Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing software.

●Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and creative direction.

●Experience in color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.

●Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

●Leadership skills to guide junior editors and assist in building scalable workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
