Creative Designer

MicroTech Industries is looking for a Creative Designer with following skills and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic & Video Content Creation

• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Edit and produce promotional videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.

Social Media Management

• Manage company’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish content to increase engagement and followers.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities to optimize performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align creative content.
• Propose new creative ideas for branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for ongoing campaigns and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media handling.
• Proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI designing & video editing tools will be a plus.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
