Visual Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We at IZ Global are looking for a “Graphic Designer” to join our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of crafting impactful, visually appealing, and engaging designs of a diverse range.

Employment Type: Contractual for 6 months – shall be renewed based on performance (2 months’ probation)

Work Setup: On-Site

Office Timings: 09.00 am till 06.00 pm – Monday till Friday

Office Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, brochures, banners, and more.
• Various graphic designing tasks such as designing packaging, UI/UX designing, rebranding, social media posts etc.
• Work on branding and identity design, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
• Translate creative briefs into effective designs that communicate the desired message to the target audience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to support company goals and strategies.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain the overall brand identity of IZ Global.

Education And Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer along with a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Good understanding of English language is important as all tasks will be given in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Creativity and strong presentation skills.
• Punctuality and the ability to work independently on assignments.
• A portfolio showcasing previous artwork will be considered.
