We’re Hiring: Visual Communication Designer

Location: On-site at Sagelight | Full-Time | Night Shift (8:00 PM - 5 AM)

Sagelight is on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven Visual Communication Designer to join our dynamic team.

If you're passionate about turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and enjoy working in a fast-paced B2B and finance Industry, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll create compelling visual content, including social media posts, branding assets, ad creatives, and marketing materials that deliver powerful messages to our audience. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Content Specialist to bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design eye-catching, high-impact visuals for B2B audiences in the finance and tech sectors
• Create content for branding, advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling graphics
• Stay current with design and social media trends to keep our brand fresh
• Edit videos for social media using transitions, effects, and music
• Manage multiple projects while delivering on time with high-quality standards
• Apply strong typography, layout, and color theory in your work

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in visual communication or brand design (experience in B2B SaaS or finance is a plus!)
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio hosted on Behance, Dribbble, or your site shows us your best work across branding, social media, UI/UX.

• You enjoy turning offbeat ideas into fresh, engaging artwork
