Job Title: Expert WC Collector
Shift Timings: 9pm - 6am
Responsibilities:
Claims Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of workers' compensation claims, from initiation to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations to validate the legitimacy of claims.
Communication: Communicate with injured employees, medical professionals, and insurance providers to gather necessary information for claims processing.
Provide clear and concise information to all stakeholders involved in the workers' compensation process.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workers' compensation claims.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to insurance carriers and regulatory bodies.
Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate settlements with claimants, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
Collaborate with legal teams when necessary to address complex cases.
Compliance: Stay updated on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements in claims processing.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of workers' compensation claims, including key performance indicators and trends.
