Duties

• Efficiently relay orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude, maintaining presentation standards.
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed, supporting kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.
• Clear tables promptly and bus dining areas to maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately.
• Support banquet events by serving food, clearing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction during large functions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate service flow smoothly.
• Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing needs promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
• Experience in serving, bussing tables, and supporting food preparation or cooking tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior banquet or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in diverse settings.
• Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience enhances your ability to support the team effectively.
