Export and Import Head

Job Summary:

We looking dynamic candidate for the Export & Import Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a company's international trade operations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize the export and import processes, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and driving the efficiency of the supply chain. The Export & Import Head will lead a team of professionals, manage relationships with suppliers and customers, and collaborate with other departments to support the company's global business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade laws, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of export and import operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with international suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Oversee the preparation and management of trade documentation, including customs declarations and shipping invoices.
• Monitor and control budgets related to international trade and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of import and export professionals.
• Stay informed about market trends, trade policies, and economic conditions to adapt strategies as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to international trade transactions.
• Implement technology solutions and process improvements to streamline trade operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and market trends.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in trade management software and tools.

Experience:

• Candidate must have minimum 3 year experience.
• Only experience candidate can apply.
