Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for an “ Export Area Executive (Arabic Speaker) " in Sales and Marketing team.

Job Roles Details

• Managing sales activities across Arabic speaker countries and coordinating with regional customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Developing sales strategies appropriate for the market and dealers.
• Managing customer and dealer relations in accordance with the company's corporate structure.
• Scanning the market through project and sub-dealer visits.
• Conducting studies and reporting on competitor company activities.
• Achieving the determined sales targets.
• Providing regular reporting and information about the market.
• Leading commercial communication and negotiations in Arabic-speaking markets within the assigned region.

Skills

• Excellent command of Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Good command of English(written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or related).
• Strongly results-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• No travel restrictions.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in Arabic speaker countries is a strong plus.
