We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as a

Export Area Sales Specialist"
at the Head Office of our leading company in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in Istanbul Yesilkoy World Trade Center.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in
export sales and international customer management
.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.

Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
-
Proficient in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects under deadlines.

Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
Job Description
-
Manage and grow sales activities in assigned export regions in line with company targets.

Develop new customers and expand the distributor/dealer network in target markets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers and business partners.

Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and support market entry strategies.

Prepare and follow up on sales offers, contracts, and price quotations.
-
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with customers.
-
Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions to improve service quality.

Represent the company in international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Report sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to management regularly.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
