This is a full-time on-site role. The Export Assistant will be responsible for handling export documentation, providing customer service support, managing export processes, and coordinating international business transactions.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Excell, EFS and export-related software
- Assist in preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Maintain records and track shipments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
