This is a full-time on-site role. The Export Assistant will be responsible for handling export documentation, providing customer service support, managing export processes, and coordinating international business transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and international business knowledge
  • Experience in export processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excell, EFS and export-related software
  • Assist in preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders
  • Maintain records and track shipments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
