Export Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ziyan Textiles. In this pivotal role, you will support the export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while facilitating the seamless movement of goods across borders.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and submission of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to facilitate timely delivery of goods to international clients.

Monitor export transactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Provide support to export team in negotiating contracts and terms with foreign clients and suppliers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in export management or logistics.

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export management software.

Experience in the textile industry sector is a plus.

Fluency in a second language relevant to our export markets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with export compliance software and tools.

Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Work Location: Ability to work on site at 3.5km Defense Road Lahore (Only candidates comfortable with this location should apply)
