Export Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Export Business Development Manager to drive international sales and grow our export business in the textile sector. The ideal candidate will identify new markets, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of export operations.

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new international markets and clients.
- Manage existing foreign buyers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in export sales/business development within the textile industry.
- Strong network of international buyers (USA, Europe, Middle East preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, LC, shipping terms, and Incoterms.
- Ability to lead and manage international client portfolios independently.Key Skills:

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
