Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Business Manager to manage and expand

our international business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

handling overseas clients, export documentation, market development, and ensuring

smooth execution of export orders in compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export sales for assigned international markets
• Identify new overseas distributors, agents, and buyers
• Handle end-to-end export documentation including Invoice, Packing List,
• BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.
• Coordinate with logistics, CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international

clientsRequired Skills & QualificationsPreferred Candidate Profile

• Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and DGFT norms
• Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and timely delivery
• Prepare export MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
• Resolve client queries, claims, and post-shipment issues efficiently
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, LC, and documentation
• Experience in international market development and client handling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and export MIS
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / International Trade (preferred)
• Experience in handling exports to UAE, Europe, Middle East, or Africa
• Prior experience in manufacturing or export-oriented companies
• Good understanding of foreign trade policy and logistics operations
