Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all export documentation, including commercial invoices,

packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, shipping instructions, and other

required documents.

  • Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, transporters, and

shipping lines to ensure timely shipment.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer-specific documentation

requirements.

  • Handle pre- and post-shipment formalities including bank documentation for LC

(Letter of Credit), advance payment, or DP terms.

  • Track shipments and update customers on order and shipping status.
  • Liaise with internal departments like production, logistics, and finance for smooth

execution of export orders.

  • Maintain records of all export shipments and documentation for future reference and

audits.

  • Resolve documentation discrepancies, if any, with banks, shipping agents, or

customs authorities.

  • Stay updated with DGFT, Customs, and EXIM policy changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / International Business / related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export documentation.
  • Good knowledge of commercial, shipping terms, and export procedures.
  • Familiarity with DGFT, Customs, EDI filing, and other export compliance

requirements.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
