Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic Female Export CRM Executive to join our growing export team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via emails, calls, and online meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM records for export clients.
• Coordinate with the export, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing.
• Follow up with clients on shipments, payments, and inquiries.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining client databases.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Smart, confident, and well-presented personality.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in export documentation or CRM will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
