Job Title: Export CRM Executive (Female)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic Female Export CRM Executive to join our growing export team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communication via emails, calls, and online meetings.

Maintain and update CRM records for export clients.

Coordinate with the export, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing.

Follow up with clients on shipments, payments, and inquiries.

Build long-term relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.

Assist in preparing reports and maintaining client databases.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Smart, confident, and well-presented personality.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Prior experience in export documentation or CRM will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
