We are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will manage export customer operations, handle LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments, prepare competitive pricing using shipping line spot rates, and manage online portals and shipping instructions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export customer service operations
- Handle LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments
- Prepare pricing and quotations using spot rates of shipping lines and airlines
- Submit and manage Shipping Instructions (SI) accurately and on time
- Handle bookings through shipping line, airline, and agent online portals
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal operations teams
- Track export shipments and provide regular updates to customers
- Ensure accuracy of export documentation and booking details
- Resolve customer queries and shipment-related issues
- Maintain shipment records, reports, and customer files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a freight forwarding company
- Strong hands-on knowledge of export LCL, FCL, and Air Freight operations
- Proven experience in pricing using spot rates
- Experience submitting Shipping Instructions (SI)
- Ability to work on shipping line and airline online portals
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple export shipments simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with international agents and carriers
- Knowledge of Pakistan export documentation and procedures
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
