An Export Documentation Assistant handles the preparation, processing, and management of all paperwork required for international shipments to ensure smooth export operations. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, verifying their compliance with international trade regulations and policies, and coordinating with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and stakeholders for timely shipments. They maintain detailed records of all documentation, track shipment status, resolve any discrepancies or issues, and stay updated on changes in export procedures.

Pay: ₹9,032.73 - ₹21,980.05 per month
