An Export Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and preparing all export-related documents to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and smooth shipment processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and verifying export documents like invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates.
  • They coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments such as sales, finance, and logistics to facilitate timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Additionally, they track shipments, resolve documentation issues, maintain accurate records, and support audits related to export activities.
  • The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, handling pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, negotiating with Customs House Agents (CHAs), and managing bank documentation related to exports.
  • Knowledge of export policies such as EXIM, DGFT regulations, MEIS licenses, and other export incentive schemes is important.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,745.41 - ₹30,711.37 per month
