To prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documentation in compliance with customs regulations, ensuring smooth and timely shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process essential export documents, including:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Shipping Bill
  • Bill of Lading
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Inspection Certificates
  • Ensure accuracy of HS codes, product descriptions, quantities, and values.

Customs & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with CHA for filing shipping bills and customs clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and export incentive schemes (Drawback, RoDTEP, etc.).
  • Monitor EGM filing, shipping bill status, and respond to customs queries.
  • Prepare ECGC monthly declarations.
  • Coordinate with the factory for dispatches.
  • Prepare samples and arrange shipment to customers.
  • Manage communication with customers and freight forwarders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS.
  • Good understanding of customs clearance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in export documentation or logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
