Job Title: Export Documentation Executiveain
Experience: 0–3 years
The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all export-related documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and smooth shipment of goods to overseas customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments for timely shipment execution.
- Track shipments and share updates with internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and ensure adherence to bank requirements (if applicable).
- Assist in filing export incentives/benefits such as RODTEP, MEIS/other schemes (as applicable).
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and support audits or inspections.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and customers.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field
