1. Export Documentation

  • Prepare and manage export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, COO, COA, etc.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth clearance.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements and EXIM regulations.

2. Export Trading Operations

  • Handle export sales orders from order confirmation to shipment.
  • Coordinate with international buyers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, documentation, and shipment updates.
  • Prepare proforma invoices and follow up on order execution.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, EXIM Policy, and trade regulations.
  • Manage LC documentation, bank submissions, BRC, and export payment follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with INCOTERMS, HS codes, duties, and export incentives (if applicable).

4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinate packaging, labeling, and dispatch with production and warehouse teams.

5. Internal & External Coordination

  • Liaise with accounts, QA, production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Resolve documentation errors, shipment delays, or trade-related issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for export-related activities.

6. Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Maintain export records, shipment logs, and documentation files.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to exports, freight costs, and shipment status.
  • Assist during audits by providing export-related documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
