Job Title: Export Documentation Executive

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Company Overview:
We are a growing organization engaged in international trade and logistics operations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to join our team and support smooth export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely movement of goods.
  • Handle documentation related to Export & Import processes including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
  • Draft and manage professional business correspondence and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, approvals, and document submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of post-shipment documents to clients and banks.
  • Support internal teams in logistics coordination and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Documentation.
  • Good knowledge of export-import processes and general software tools (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication and email drafting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
