Position: Executive – Export

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in International Business / Any relevant course in export & import
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export documentation including pre-shipment and post-shipment processes (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.).
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely dispatch and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and maintain export-related documentation in compliance with statutory and customs requirements.
- Liaise with banks for LC, payment realization.
- Ensure timely filing of export documents and submission to relevant departments.
- Manage export order processing, shipment scheduling, and logistics planning.
- Maintain MIS reports related to export shipments, duty drawback, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and dispatch teams for shipment readiness.
- Handle customer communication for order status, documentation, and dispatch details.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Acquire new clients and maintain daily coordination with existing clients for new orders, ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.
- Familiar with Incoterms, HS codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and email correspondence.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
