Job Overview

We are looking for a smart and experienced professional with strong knowledge of the granite, marble, and tile industry. The role involves continuous coordination with clients and shipping partners, ensuring all orders are executed smoothly — from finalization to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients from order confirmation till shipment delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders for bookings, schedules, and export documentation.
• Prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, and other export documents.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met with timely updates and professional communication.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams for smooth dispatch and tracking.
• Maintain order records and shipment details using Excel.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of granite, marble, and tiles.
• Experience in export coordination and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar export or client coordination role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
